In the maintenance of printing equipment, we should adhere to the idea of focusing on maintenance and prevention, and take effective measures from the organizational form and system to ensure the implementation of this work. The following introduces the general knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair.

Folding maintenance contents

Generally, it can be divided into four categories:

① Routine maintenance, also known as routine maintenance, is to clean, lubricate, fasten loose fasteners, and check the integrity of parts and components.

② First level maintenance: check the equipment regularly (such as once a week): clean the water bucket and water tank of the fountain system, tighten the loose parts, clean the inside and outside of the machine, drive system, lubrication system, pneumatic system and embossing part, etc.

③ Level II maintenance mainly includes cleaning (including water glue and ink glue) and lubrication of the interior of the equipment, disassembly and inspection of key parts, adjustment (including level) of machinery and equipment, and replacement of vulnerable parts.

④ Three level maintenance: disassemble, inspect and adjust the main part of the equipment, including the cleaning of the motor, checking the technical status, replacing the lubricating oil, etc; Replace some parts that reach the specified wear limit, such as bearing key pin, electrical and pneumatic components.

Pay attention to the following points for the and maintenance of the air pump:

a) Clean the air pump inlet filter every week? Motor cooling leaf and air pump pressure regulating valve;

b) Oil the bearing every three months,

c) Conduct a major overhaul every working year (or 2500 hours) to check the main wear parts?

Precautions for air compressor maintenance:

a) Check the oil level of the compressor every day, and it shall not be lower than the safety mark line;

b) Drain the condensate in the air storage tank every day;

c) Clean the air inlet filter element every week;

d) Check the tightness of the transmission belt every month and clean the motor and heat sink;

e) Change the oil every 3 months and thoroughly clean the oil chamber;

f) Check the air pressure drop (air leakage) every year. If the pressure drop exceeds 10%, check and replace the damaged compressor seal in time;

g) Overhaul once every two years and open it for comprehensive inspection?

Each printing factory must formulate the best maintenance system and detailed maintenance rules that meet the existing equipment and production requirements according to the actual situation of the existing equipment and the actual production.
